EPA penalizes Clean Water Act violators, including three in Florida

The EPA has issued Consent Agreements and Final Orders against 25 entities in the south east for violating the Clean Water Act of 1977. Three of the penalties went to Florida wastewater utilities for disposing sewage improperly.
